Life's Learnings

Many inspiring principles and doctrines drive him, a childhood incident when an elderly Mar Thoma Bishop addressed his school, quoting “ Your today should be better than yesterday ” inspired him to make his today better than yesterday, which he propagates even now.

During his Air Force days, he came across the saying “ Difficult must be done now, Impossible may take a little time. And of course, whatever you do, however best you do, “there is always room for improvement”.

Quality of Life – Often he talks about the various Qualities of life each one has to embrace. While in the Air Force it was ALQ & OLQ, viz Airman like Quality and Officer like Quality. We need to inculcate the Quality of life we are in to, Manager like quality, Director like quality, Executive like quality, Leader like quality and so on

To sum up, he attributes his success to his disciplined life, commitment to smart work, determination and above all the Leadership qualities that drive him incessantly. He describes Leaders, as of two types, those who lead from the front and lead from the back. He juggles between the two to build his empire and today he stand strong as the pride of Malayalees across the globe.
